I received my Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Kent State University in 1993. Following graduation, I accepted a two-year post-doctoral research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and Education (1993-1995) specializing in Lifespan Developmental Psychology and Multivariate Statistics.  After completing my post-doctoral fellowship, I returned to the US, beginning my academic career at the University of South Florida.  In 1997, I joined the faculty of Bard College, where I was promoted to Associate Professor of Psychology in 2002.  In 2003, I left academia, to pursue a career in Educational Consulting.  Since then, I have worked as a consultant for several for-profit and non-profit agencies, providing a wide range of program management, research design, and data analysis services to local, Federal and state agencies including ...
